Base Bid: Concrete Paving of New Parking Lot being approximately 1850 S.Y. in area with barrier curbing, drainage piping and inlets, swale ditches, earthwork, basework, miscellaneous site work, including sidewalks and traffic paint and traffic symbols, signage, construction stakeout by contractor, geotechnical testing by contractor, and all work shown on the Plans and in the Contract Documents. All drainage work in the area of the ALTERNATE BID #1 shall be included in this BASE BID.
