| Description | Project Number- 20003511.01 In general, the work consists of combining and slightly expanding an existing server room and telecommunications room into a larger server room. Scope of work includes minor selective demolition, construction of new architectural walls, installing new floor and ceiling finishes, painting, roof patching, installing new server racks and associated equipment, installing a chemical agent fire suppression system in the new server room, and providing new HVAC equipment to support the server room. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. idder shall identify the division of work they are bidding on when requesting Bidding Documents online.14 Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 2) Fire Protection (Fire Suppression); 4)15 Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning); and 5) Electrical. |
