| Description | The work consists of the first phase of limited demolition to an existing 2 story (main level: 5,320 SF and second level: 4,720 SF) brick building (and basement – 4,720 SF) located at 521 Chief Street, Benkelman, NE 69021. Demolition must happen without damaging the building’s structural and exterior envelop integrity. Temporary weather protection will be needed to protect the building from the elements until future work. This portion of the project will help prepare the structure for a future design and construction phase. |
