Washington Avenue (the northwest corner of the intersection of Washington Avenue and Penn Way) within the City of Santa Ana. The City desired capacity of the well is 2,500 gpm to 4,000 gpm. The work shall include but not be limited to the installation of sound walls, drilling of 48-inch diameter conductor borehole, drilling of 38-inch and 28-inch diameter bore hole to a depth of 1,300 feet below ground surface, geophysical surveys, well development, water quality testing, installation of blank and louvered casings, well accessory tubes and all other incidental work as specified in the construction plans and Contract Documents.
