| Description | Anticipated Award Date: 12/21/2022 Question Deadline: 11/22/2022 City response to Questions: 12/1/2022 Please submit questions in writing to Becky Lewis via email to rlewis4@cityoftacoma.org The City of Tacoma (City) is soliciting bids for materials only for a Digester Piping Project. A purchase order will be issued to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) based on price, product quality and availability. The materials will be used by the City of Tacoma, Waste Water Treatment Plant, located at 2201 Portland Avenue, E, Tacoma WA, 98411. Vendors may be required to submit samples of their product for evaluation prior to award. Products that fail to meet City standards or any of the specifications herein may be rejected. Should a contracted vendor fail to meet quality and/or availability requirements contained in these specifications, the City may move to terminate the contract with 10 days written notice. |
