Description

CONTRACT A - Approximately 291 miles of Overband Crack Fill on 2-lane rural roads at various locations in Eaton County, Michigan. The Eaton County Road Commission will consider award of the contracts after review by staff. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in any proposal, and to make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the County of Eaton. The work item of Overband Crack Fill, Lane and Overband Crack Fill, Subdivision shall follow Section 502 of the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction and as modified herein
