Rehabilitation of the Six Mile Run Culvert at Station 2298+17 Delaware and Raritan Canal

The Contractor will be required to Substantially Complete all work within 170 calendar days from Notice to Proceed There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for the Project. This is a "Public Work" project and bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act and the New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration Act. Bidders are required to comply with the provisions of the State of New Jersey Business Registration Certification Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32- 44), Affirmative Action Compliance requirements (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), the Diane B. Allen Equal Pay Act (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.14), the Small/Disabled Veteran Business Set Aside Act (N.J.S.A. 52:32-17, 31.1 et seq.), and the Pay to Play Prohibitions and Political Contribution Disclosure requirements (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.13 et seq. (P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A20.27 (P.L. 2005, c.271 All bids submitted shall be accompanied by a bid security amounting to not less than 10% percent of the total bid price or $20,000, whichever is less.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
