Walnut Creek Wetland Park Improvements

The project will include improvements to the existing Walnut Creek Wetland Park as follows: addition of a 10-foot wide paved concrete trail spur from the building to Little Rock Creek Greenway Trail with a paved spur trail connecting to natural surface trails; addition of a concrete sidewalk from the existing building to Peterson St; a 11-foot concrete boardwalk bridge crossing over Little Rock Creek; addition of a 24x24 floating teaching platform with a shade sail off the existing Little Rock Creek Greenway Trail; addition of 4-foot wide natural surface trails along Walnut Creek from Bailey Dr to State St; a 4-foot wide concrete boardwalk trail across wetland between Walnut Creek and Bailey Dr; and concrete stairs to connect the natural surface trails to State St. The project also includes several interpretive panels across the park for environmental learning and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
