Description

Work is to have two boilers have renovation/repairs done to the systems. Both Boilers will be getting burner upgrades and one of the boilers will be getting retubed. The boiler retube will be the Burnham 3PW-175-50-G-PF hot water boiler. The burner upgrades will be on the two 175 Hp Burnham boilers models-3PW-175- 50-G and replaced with 2 new high efficiency Oilon GP140M WD100 single fuel burners. There is an Alternate that has been added for a burner replacement at the Arena area to provide and install for one Oilon GP90M-WD33 linkageless modulating gas burner (Lamtec controller inbuilt) for Crane Pacific National PS-150-LW Hot water boiler The two boilers needing the work are located at the Crown Coliseum in the mechanical room located at 1960 Coliseum Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28306
