| Description | Provide mold remediation services. Contractors may bid on any or all of the work sites. 1. The work area shall include the entire unit. 2. Set up negative air filtration. 3. Clean - remediate all mold contaminated building material. 4. Micro-clean all walls, ceilings, and surfaces. HEPA vacuum and damp wipe with anti - microbial cleaning solution. 5. After the contractor completes the mold remediation GHA will contract with a third party, independent contractor to conduct a post remediation inspection and testing of the unit. 6. GHA will authorize contractor payment after the successful completion of post remediation inspection and testing of the unit. |
