Description

The Base Bid shall include the following Work: Contractor to furnish and install all materials and labor needed to replace twenty-five (25) existing sanitary sewer manholes, associated appurtenant equipment, including but not limited to 48-inch diameter pre-cast concrete manholes, couplings, adjacent PVC pipes, adjusting rings, lids and remove/replace the adjacent asphalt road surface. Contractor shall furnish and install traffic control devices to control access to project location(s). Bid Alternate No. 1 shall include the following work: Contractor to furnish and install all materials and labor needed to replace six (6) existing sanitary sewer manholes, associated appurtenant equipment, including but not limited to 48-inch diameter pre-cast concrete manholes, couplings, adjacent PVC pipes, adjusting rings, lids and remove/replace the adjacent asphalt/concrete road surface. Contractor shall furnish and install traffic control devices to control access to project location(s).
