Description

This work consists of maintenance of all landscape beds, and associated areas throughout the property at the Village Links Golf Course in the Village of Glen Ellyn. Maintenance will include weed control in landscape beds; weed removal in mulched and bricked areas, trash and debris (sticks, limbs, leaf material) pick-up in beds, shrub pruning, perennial plant maintenance and mulching or re-freshening of mulch (mulch provided by the Village Links Golf Course). Base bid of contract consists of 95 landscape beds with an area of approximately 131,000 sq ft.
