| Description | The City of Havre de Grace seeks to engage the services of a Water Leak Detection Professional who specializes in water loss detection. The Water Leak Detection Professional will perform a comprehensive survey of the City's water distribution system to identify any areas of water loss. Start of Work: Work must begin within 30 days of Notice of Award. The City seeks proposals for a leak detection survey from a qualified, experienced leak detection professional who has experience with successful water loss detection. The Water Detection Professional must be in-keeping with the water loss and leak detection industry's best practices. The professional shall provide the City with a list of successful previous projects where the professional surveyed, detected, identified, and located water loss in systems of a similar scale. The City requests the use of state of the art leak detection equipment, software, and methodologies. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
