his Project consists of the following elements of Work: Clearing and grubbing; remove pavement and replace with cement concrete; excavation; installation of approximately 225 LF of new clay (VCP) sewer pipe at depths up to 16 feet and 2 maintenance holes; remove and replace bollards and monuments; replace curb and sidewalk; restore 4 side sewer connections; water main support; temporary sewer bypass; temporary erosion control; and hydroseeding and sod installation. This Project is located along 45th Ave NE between W Laurelhurst Dr NE and NE 35th St.
