Toilet Renovations to Robert C. Hatch High School for the Perry County Board of Education

1) Remove existing ceramic wall tile and base install new porcelain tile and base 2) Remove existing doors, install new entry doors 3) Install new tile floor over existing terrazzo floor, prep existing surface as required 4) Remove existing water closets, urinals, and lavatories. Patch walls and install new water closets, urinals, and lavatories. If not replacing fixtures, cap piping behind wall or floor and patch walls and floor for a smooth surface. 5) Remove existing toilet/urinal partitions and doors. Patch walls and floor for a smooth surface, install new toilet/urinal partitions (with top brackets) and doors. 6) remove existing wall mounted electric heater, cover opening with studs and gypsum board. 7) Remove and install new toilet accessories, patch walls as required, see specs. 8) Install new lay-in celing tiles, grid, and recessed lights (see reflective ceiling plan and effect). 9) Paint all previously painted surfaces.
