Description

Removal of an existing ballasted EPDM roofing and insulation system at the Health Science Building. The installation of an adhered EPDM membrane roofing and insulation system and sheet metal work along with all associated miscellaneous work. Work also includes the replacement of the existing equipment screen system, repair work to specific areas of curtain wall system and minor masonry restoration. All work is bid as one Prime General Contractor.
