2019 CDA Housing Concrete Repair Project

**This project will be rebidding in the winter** No bids received. The work under this contract shall consist of removal of sidewalk, common excavation, base aggregate dense, concrete sidewalk, landscaping, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as described in this contract. Prequalification Required: Yes The letting of the work described herein is subject to provisions of Chapter 62 and 66 of Wisconsin Statutes and by all pertinent sections of the Wausau Municipal Code. Wage scales adopted pursuant to these statutes and ordinances shall be included in the contract and be made a part thereof. Federal labor standards, wage rates and equal opportunity requirements apply for this project. Contractors are responsible for being familiar with the regulations relative to the applicability of federal wage rates. The City of Wausau reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract in the best interest of the City of Wausau
