Description

Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Work shall include but not be limited to: disconnecting and removing (4) existing Laars boilers and replacing them with (2) new 95% high efficient Lochinvar knight 199 boilers or equivalent which meets all specifications needed to replace current boiler system. Contractor shall also remove and replace (2) faulty taco heating circulator pumps with comparable products and replace approximately (15) linear feet of cracked hydronic baseboard heating element located in the kitchen. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to ordering material.
