Description Contractor will provide all necessary materials and labor to perform HVAC duct cleaning for HVAC ducts located in the buildings 38, 61, 135, 137, and 146. HVAC duct cleaning shall include all supply registers, return registers, exhaust registers, return duct, supply duct, and fresh air intake grilles in the listed buildings. Contractor shall remove diffusers and clean, clean the inside of the duct within arm’s reach, and then reinstall diffuser as required. Contractor is required to have a current National Air Duct Cleaners Association certification and provide a copy to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) prior to work commencement.
