AHS Track Resurfacing

1. Furnish all labor, materials and equipment for the removal of the top portion of the track down to the concrete and chute areas including clean up and removal of debris from the premises. 2. Assess the concrete foundation and determine if any repairs are needed before proceeding to install top layer of track. If repairs are needed, indicate a cost per square foot for concrete repair. This cost shall include the installation of concrete. 3. Clean and prep the surface of all concrete foundations 4. Describe your procedures for selecting a product. List Product name and Manufacturer and specifications of material used for the top portion. 5. Include a description of the process of the installation. Minimum depth shall be no less than 1/2 inch. 6. Include limitations to work due to weather conditions per the manufacturers recommendation for installation. 7. Describe the warranty information and the expected life of the product and when replacement would be recommended. 8. Include a price for the color black and a separate price for navy blue. 9. Pricing shall include Lane Striping and event markings per NFSHSA and State of TN standard
