Description

Scope of Work: Provide all labor, services and materials necessary for the renovation of the building envelop for the North Chicago Station including: Window replacement and enlargement, including all interior renovation associated with this work. Recladding the station with stone and cement board lap siding. Installation of cement board soffits. Total roof replacement under base bid and alternate proposal #2. Installation of brake metal fascias.
