Riverwalk Public Infrastructure Improvements - Second Phase

The Riverwalk Public Infrastructure Improvements is bidding a second phase of work that includes landscaping, lighting, and various hardscape improvements. A bid bond in the form of a certified or cashier's check payable to City of Lawrence of no less than 5% of the bid amount must accompany each bid. Bids are subject to complying with the Woman and Minority Owned Business percentage requirements identified in the bid documents. Bidders shall appear on the list of prequalified contractors provided by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any and all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
