RFQ Contractor - Tracy Multi-Generational Recreation Center

The prequalification's are described in the Request for Qualifications (which is attached). Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are available at the Parks and Recreation Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. This Project has an estimated construction cost of $65 million. The Project consists ofdemolition of the existing El Pescadero Park, 250 Kavanagh Avenue, Tracy, CA 95376. The Project will include the development of a two-story 61,300 (+/-) square foot Multi-Generational Recreation Center and associate site/park improvements The City reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or waive any irregularities in any Proposal, this request for proposals (RFP) or the proposal process.
