Mowing Services for City of Knoxville Lots with Vacant Structures

The work performed under this contract will consist of professional lawn maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and litter/debris removal, along with additional extended services such as securing doors and windows on parcels with vacant structures located within the city limits. The contractor will furnish, in a satisfactory manner, all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, services and supervision to provide professional mowing and additional services in strict compliance with the specifications set forth below. The contractor will be responsible for performing all work as specified in this document in a professional and workmanlike manner, using quality equipment, materials, and tools. Contractor must have at least one year of successful operations of lawn maintenance and similar services. Contract will be for one (1) year with two (2) optional one-year renewals.
