Description

Work consists of removal of the existing spray deck located inside the fenced in pool area and construction of a larger spray deck in the same location with at-grade spray features, new piping, and controls. All utilities, plumbing, materials and sitework associated with construction of new spray deck are included. The existing pool and spray deck's perimeter fence will be modified, and new fence installed to separate the pool and new spray deck to allow independent operation.
