| Description | The existing air-cooled chiller plants that are old and inefficient, will be replaced with the following: • New / energy efficient air cooled chillers. The chillers will be equipped with variable capacity (digital/inverter) compressors and integral buffer tank. • New vertical inline pumps. Pumps will be equipped with integral VFD and flow controls. • New air separator and expansion tank will be provided with the new chiller plant equipment • The chiller plant will be integrated into the new DDC control system • The existing systems are to be removed and discarded. |
