Monticello Street Department Addition

The new addition will measure approximately 60’ x 65’ and 3,900 square feet and tie into the existing Butler Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) to the south. The exterior of the building is anticipated to be constructed of metal siding and overhead garage doors to match the existing Butler PEMB. There currently is an existing wood frame pole shed that will be removed. The new addition is to be open storage for Street Department Vehicles. It is to include 3 drive thru bays with insulated overhead doors with automatic operators. It will also include trench drains along the overhead doors on both sides of the building that will be tied into the existing oil separator. The walls and ceilings should be insulated with vinyl face insulation. The addition is to include overhead lighting.
