Description	STA and their engineering consultants performed an examination of the existing campus and facility to note reasonably discoverable conditions and make phased facility enhancement and upgrade recommendations (Section 5). The existing facility assessment covered the following architectural components; building envelope, Interiors, and ADA accessibility, while the systems assessment reviewed structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical. STA also developed as-built floor plans for reference in the spatial analysis and use in the development of our proposed phased renovation and addition options. The proposed programmatic and functional facility enhancements consist of the following components; new elevator & other ADA improvements, enhanced technology area, express library, staff office and check-in reconfiguration, meeting space, circulation/ control/ security improvements, weight/fitness room expansion, entry and facade improvements, splash pad and improved campus connectivity.
