Ma St., Geronimo, Okla-homa 73543 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9th, 2022 at which time they will be opened and read aloud, for construction of Water Supply Main Control Valve Station, to wit: Quantity Unit Description 1 1.00 L.S. Control Valve Station Building (16'X10') 2 1.00 L.S. Electrical System Relocation & Integration 3 1.00 L.S. 8" Piping and Appurtenances A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds. No bidder may with-draw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or techni calities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Specifications are on file in the office of Myers Engineer-ing, Consulting Engineers, Inc., at 13911 Quail Pointe Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 Phone (405) 755- 5325, and are available elec-tronically for a non-refund-able payment of $50.00. Contractor will be issued a username and password to retrieve the Specifications upon payment. Contractor must obtain plans and spec-ifications from the office of the Engineer and be regis-tered on the Engineers bid list to be recognized as an el-bidder for this project. Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications or revi-sions so as to reach the of-fice designated in the solic-itation by the time specified in herein. Any proposal, modifiication, or revision received at the office designated in the so-licitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is "late" and will not be con-sidered.
