| Description | A construction requirement exists to replace air handler's asset# 19530 and #19531 with new chilled water air handers and update EMCS controls for new equipment. Most of the fan coil units have failed and no longer able to be serviced or repaired. Air handlers have also failed due to corrosion and rust. Large amounts of area within facility is without air conditioning at this time. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with UFC, IBC, safety and health codes, NFPA codes and all other applicable ASHRAE standards, codes and requirements following latest amendments and guidelines. The following information shall be taken into consideration while developing a design submittal for the accomplishment of the given requirement. |
