Description

The Project consists of the remodeling of an existing storage/maintenance area to create two new shower/locker rooms. The Project will encompass approximately 725gross square feet (GSF) located on the lower level of the Gym Building at Riverland Community College. The Work will include but is not limited to: minor demolition of a masonry wall and door, and related mechanical and electrical systems; construction of new masonry and drywall partitions, doors, frames, hardware, suspended ceilings, specialties and finishes; mechanical systems including plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning; and electrical systems including power, lighting and special systems.
