Catamount Ranch Water Tank Improvement

The work includes interior and exterior painting and improvements to the existing 250,000-gallon above ground steel Catamount Ranch Water Tank with anticipated construction in the Fall of 2020, followed by interior and exterior painting and improvements to the existing 250,000-gallon above ground steel Catamount Lake Water Tank with anticipated construction in the Fall of 2021 (with separate bid schedules for the work corresponding to each tank). Improvements for each tank will include replacement of the existing access hatch and addition of a second access hatch, replacement of the existing tank vent, and coordination of temporary water storage through an Owner-supplied 40,000-gallon storage tank while the 250,000-gallon tanks are out of service during the approximately one-month planned painting work.
