Description

CIVICA Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified Civil Engineers including Geotechnical Engineering for Site Design and Construction Documents services. The Scale-up Center is funded by an EDA BBBRC Grant and must meet all EDA requirements. The site is an 8-acre parcel in the Meadowville Technology Center in Chesterfield County. The Scale-up Center is envisioned as a 60,000 s.f. one-story building. Experience with accelerated site plan approval through Chesterfield County and EDA is encouraged. Time is of the essence. Certified SWAM firms are encouraged to participate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
