There is an existing structure located where this new car wash will be constructed, please include the demolition of the existing structure in your bid if applicable. Please provide an alternate to include an acm panel tower instead of eifs in your bid if applicable. See plan page a202. Please note, there is an alternate for asphalt paving in lieu of concrete paving that needs to be provided as an alternate in your bid if applicable.
