The project consists of the construction of a new 14' multi-use path from Club Manor Drive to existing trails within Lake Willastein Park. The City of Maumelle hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, nondiscrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938.
