PROJECT INFORMATION: The proposed project is at the site of the former Lincoln Mall Shopping Center which will be re-developed for commercial and retail use. The overall project includes replacing approximately 1,500 feet of 10-inch diameter sanitary sewer to replace existing deteriorating sewer from Lincoln Highway to Homeland Road.
