Description

Project involves replacement of approximately 8,575 sq ft of existing low-slope roofing, insulation, and related edging, scupper/conductor heads, trim, flashing, blocking, and other accessories. This project also includes replacing existing equipment curbs to accommodate increased insulation depth. Existing rooftop equipment must be handled as required to replace roofing. Base bid material is SBS-modified bitumen membrane system with an alternate for a white EPDM membrane system. The project work is located at the existing Seaford Middle School located at 500 E. Stein Highway, Seaford, DE 19973.
