Lower Bold Camp Sewer Replacement

As of April 6, 2023, project was awarded to Fall Excavating Inc. but awarded amount is not available. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Contractors are hereby advised that a portion of this project is funded from the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (VCWRLF). Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order # 11246 prohibiting discrimination in employment regarding race, color, creed, sex, or national origin and Executive Orders #12138 and 11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE firms; and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Bidders must certify that they do not or will not maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed, or national origin. Bidders must also comply with the Davis-Bacon Act and other requirements more particularly described in the Bid Documents. All iron and steel products which are permanently incorporated as part of the project must meet the specification of American Iron and Steel (AIS).
