Description

Contractor shall provide all labor materials equipment, supervision, and permitting to safely disconnect existing plumbing and electrical connections. Remove and safely dispose damaged wood studs, partitions between existing kitchen and staff restrooms. Provide a continuous concrete curb as a base for a new continuous fire-rated partition between kitchen and staff restroom as shown on drawings. Build a new unisex staff restroom with complete new fixtures and accessories including ceramic tile flooring, walls and painting.
