1,000,000 Gallon Steel Elevated Tank

Cleaning and repainting of the tank on the interior wet surfaces, the complete cleaning and repainting of the interior dry surfaces, and the complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional Work items include: repair of concrete and grout; furnishing and installation of a new obstruction light, insulation for the inlet/outlet pipe and lower dry riser, platform safety railings and self-closing gates, condensate ceiling manhole, curbs for top platform and condensate ceiling pipe openings, cap and manhole for top of access tube, interior wet platform ladder, and roof manhole; modification of access tube ladder; seal welding of radial roof knuckle stiffeners, the flat bar stiffeners around the access tube, the circumferential stiffener and associated gussets around the lower shell, and the stiffeners at each of the column post heads; removal and reinstallation of cathodic protection system, ladder safe-climbing devices, overflow elastomeric check valve, and aluminum roof vent; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items.
