Description	Contract shall require performing test pits at the water service curb stop for approximately 6,000 locations in the City of Paterson, City of Clifton, City of Passaic and Borough of Prospect Park within Passaic County to determine the material of the service line on both the public and private side of the shutoff valve. Test pitting shall be performed on State, County and Municipal roadways and shall include constructing temporary and / or permanent surface restoration.
