| Description | For the Asbestos Removal and Structure Demolition and Removal in accordance with the specifications. A. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, services, insurance, permits, and equipment necessary to complete the repair and encapsulation of the asbestos material located at the site specified in this contract. B. All materials are to be removed from the work site as asbestos containing materials and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulation. 1.Entire Structure Demolition shall be in accordance with NYS DOL ICR 56 and the site specific variance. |
