Description

1. Provide labor, materials as required to fully flush the (3) Chilled Water Systems at the Westerly Middle School located and 10 Sandy Hill Road Westerly Rhode Island 02891. Includes the entire roof top chillers, piping systems and 131 interior ceiling units 2. Perform exterior coil cleaning services for the (3) Chilled Water systems at the Westerly Middle School located and 10 Sandy Hill Road Westerly Rhode Island 02891. 3. Replace 3 leaking chiller pumps, all pump Gaskets and flange replacement as required at the Westerly Middle School located and 10 Sandy Hill Road Westerly Rhode Island 02891. 4. Install (2 each) climate control systems that include Phenomenal Aire Cleaners (or similar) at Dunn’s Corners Elementary School located at8 ½ Plateau Road, Springbrook Elementary School located at 39 Springbrook Road, and Westerly Middle School located and 10 Sandy Hill Road Westerly Rhode Island 02891.
