| Description | The City would like total demolition to this property. All vegetation, fencing, mobile home, sheds, metal, tools, etc will be hauled off and disposed of. The goal is to have one large open dirt lot from Sheila Lane to Busby Drive to the North. There are existing drainage ditches that will need to be maintained and cleaned out from bamboo and other obstructions. 345 Sheila is full of metal and garbage from property line to property line, about 4 foot deep.
