Traffic Management Center Elevator Modernization

The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as Owner, on behalf of the Department of Transportation (Using Agency or DOT), is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing contracting services for the construction of a project known as Project DOT-131, Traffic Management Center Elevator Modernization (Project). Those firms determined by the Owner to be significantly qualified to successfully complete this Project will be invited to submit bids for the Contracting Services for this Project. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) can be downloaded from the Georgia Procurement Registry by selecting the Documents tab at the top of this page. Firms are advised to check this site for project related updates and information. The Project construction cost is estimated to be in the range of $1,000,000. Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification (See Section 4.
