Description Project shall consist of supply and installation of a new pre-engineered metal building to be used for equipment storage at National Guard FMS #6 located in Haines City, Florida. New building shall be approximately 24’ x 83’ (1,997 sf), utilizing approximately 1,028 sf for enclosed storage area and 795 sf semi-enclosed open storage area. Interior are to be sectioned off into bay by chain link fence mesh system per specifications. Manual operated impact rated overhead coiling doors to be installed at enclosed storage area. Chain link fence gates shall be installed at open storage area. Building ventilation to be accomplished by installation of exhaust fan and louver system. Electrical service to be installed to include incoming power, service panel, LED lights in all bays and on the exterior of the building, electrical receptacles in all bays, and building is to have lightning protection system installed. Site work shall include, but is not limited to, removing existing asphalt, preparing base for new slab foundation, new trench drain along northern fence line, installation of bollards for protection of building, and a 1,291 sf exterior concrete apron on the south side of the building.
