Caldwell Heights Elementary School: This will include the complete replacement of all existing HVAC equipment both inside and outside to include, but not limited to all AHU’s, MAU’s, CU’s, EF’s, HP’s, and RTU’s. The complete replacement of the existing HVAC controls system to include, but not limited to all control modules, wiring and programming. The complete replacement of the existing low slope roofing system to include, but not limited to all roof drains, gutters, scuppers, downspouts, roof curbs, roof penetrations, etc.. Double File Elementary School: This will include the complete replacement of all existing HVAC equipment both inside and outside to include, but not limited to all AHU’s, MAU’s, CU’s, EF’s, HP’s, RTU’s and gravity ventilators. The complete replacement of the existing HVAC controls system to include, but not limited to all control modules, wiring and programming. The complete replacement of the existing metal roofing system to include, but not limited to gutters, scuppers, downspouts, roof curbs, roof penetrations, etc... Forest North Elementry School: This will include the complete replacement of all existing HVAC equipment both inside and outside to include, but not limited to all AHU’s, MAU’s, CU’s, EF’s, HP’s, and RTU’s. The complete replacement of the existing HVAC controls system to include, but not limited to all control modules, wiring and programming. The replacement of select electrical panels inside the building. The complete replacement of the existing low slope roofing system to include, but not limited to all roof drains, gutters, scuppers, downspouts, roof curbs, roof penetrations, etc...

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
