Lakeshore Recreation - Track Resurfacing Project

The project consists of upgrading of the current rubberized track system at 116 Lumpkin drive. This project will include the removal and disposal of approximately 34,000 square feet of existing latex track material over asphalt, repair of any damaged or cracked asphalt, installation of Rekortan BS or equivalent 2 layer permeable spray coat track system (base layer of minimum of 11mm of black mat SBR rubber granules bound in polyurethane and a surface layer of a minimum of 2mm polyurethane and colored EPDM granules applied as a structural topcoat) to cover designated track area. Standard lane lines and relay handoff areas shall be painted once surface system is installed.
