Description

1. Furnish and Installation: (2) – pair of 6’x7’ bronze aluminum doors/frames with sidelites in openings – 162” x 86” 2. Doors to be narrow stile with mortised continuous hinges, weather-stripping, thresholds and closers 3. Glass to be ¼” tempered glass 4. Exterior doors to have vertical rod exit hardware, interior doors to have no locking hardware 5. Reattach/reuse existing power operators 6. Reuse existing transom glass 7. Haul away debris 8. Contractor responsible for taking own measurements 9. 1-year warranty on parts and material 10. 18 months warranty on labor
