| Description | The City of Beaumont ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide Capital Project Program Management & Related Services. The selected firm or team (hereinafter the "Consultant") will be responsible for providing Project Management and Project Control (PM/PC) services to support the management of key phases of projects in the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and administer various Programming and Programs activities under the direction of the City of Beaumont. The professional disciplines furnished by Consultant will vary according to the specific requirements of each particular project as requested by the City. Therefore, Consultant must have the capability to provide the full range of services associated with project development, project delivery management, and project control. |
